What does each tier include?
Each tier includes comprehensive support materials and services appropriate to its scope. Low Altitude includes city navigation assistance and delivery within central zones. Mid Altitude adds touring itineraries and extended mileage options. Summit Altitude provides dedicated coordinator oversight and complete journey management.
How does the booking process work?
After submitting a contact request through our form or calling directly, you'll speak with a member of our operations team. They will discuss your requirements, suggest the most appropriate tier, confirm availability for your dates, and handle all logistics including delivery arrangements.
What is your cancellation approach?
We understand that plans can shift. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a partial charge to cover preparation costs. Our team can discuss specific scenarios when you book.
Are there mileage restrictions?
Low Altitude rentals include 150 kilometers per day. Mid Altitude bookings receive 300 kilometers per day with bonus mileage for two-day minimums. Summit Altitude has flexible mileage arrangements coordinated through your dedicated operations coordinator based on your planned route.
What documentation do I need?
You'll need a valid driving license (Singapore or recognized international license), identification, and a credit card for the security deposit. Our team will verify these when confirming your booking and can answer questions about specific international license requirements.
How do I arrange delivery and return?
Delivery and return logistics are coordinated when you book. Low Altitude includes delivery to CBD, Orchard, and Marina Bay areas. Mid and Summit tiers offer wider delivery zones. Return can be arranged at a location convenient to you, with specific details confirmed by your coordinator.
